Cervecería Dos Aves Hefeweizen at Sabores San Miguel

Sabores San Miguel is right around the corner.  This is one of our favorite San Miguel de Allende food and drink events.  Many of the restaurants that serve our lineup of beers will be there serving delicious morsels for 25 pesos, and of course Cervecería Dos Aves will be there as well! 

In preparation for this event, we brewed a small batch of our seasonal "Clara de Trigo" Hefeweizen, the perfect beer to enjoy as we welcome in the summer months.

Brewed with the perfect blend of two-row malt and wheat malt, and fermented with German yeast, our Dos Aves Hefeweizen turned out delicious, with notes of banana and clove traditionally associated with German wheat ales.

We can’t wait to share our special Dos Aves Hefeweizen, a beer brewed right here in San Miguel de Allende, with you.  Look for the Cerveceria Dos Aves booth at Sabores San

Miguel in Parque Juárez this weekend!  The event will run for three days.

• Friday June 12 from 6PM to 10PM
• Saturday June 13 from 12PM to 8PM
• Sunday June 14 from 12PM to 6PM. 

Admission is FREE and everything is 25 pesos!
