How time flies when you’re having fun.  The days of our humble beginnings now seem like a distant memory, but some things haven’t changed.  We continue to produce everything by hand with the best quality ingredients.  Our ales continue to be made by beer enthusiasts for beer enthusiasts. 
 
To celebrate our 4th anniversary this winter season, we present to you the Dos Aves Anniversary Ale 2016, our interpretation of the classic Belgian Strong Dark Ale.  This ale has a dark brown, almost ruby color, and notes of dates, raisins and other dried fruits, as well as a bit of spice, primarily of black pepper.  Our Dos Aves Anniversary Ale 2016 can be enjoyed right away or years to come.
