Our Dos Aves Belgian style blond ale is a moderate-strength light-golden ale with a subtly tart and fruity, spicy Belgian yeast complexity, a slightly malty-sweet flavor, and medium-dry finish.
This ale has a spicy hop nose, with a lightly grainy-sweet malt character. The subtle yeast aromas include spicy phenolics, honey-like alcohol, and fruity esters. Light sweetness is also evident. With low hop flavor and bitterness, our version of this classic Belgian style ale has a smooth, moderate grainy-sweet and slightly tart flavor initially, but finishes medium-dry with some smooth alcohol becoming evident in the aftertaste.
